3’’ wide 3 1/2’’ tall handbuilt porcelain cup made with nerikomi cane, the same pattern on the inside and outside with a thrown emerald porcelain foot. Nerikomi cane is a method of making an illustration using only coloured porcelain and slicing it over and over to have repeats. This piece only has clear glaze on it.

This is probably the most talked about piece to whoever comes around to the studio and I always say NO NOT FOR SALE. But today, IT IS.

This piece does have small surface cracks as is normal for most nerikomi pieces, but is fully functional.

Hand washing is always recommended.

Each piece is wheel thrown by hand and can vary slightly in size and colour from one to the next. Variations are to be embraced by the uniqueness of each piece and the nature of ceramic arts.
