5” x 9” tall hollow wheel thrown pineapple, altered with nerikomi. This were made at Medalta in a residency in 2023. You can see I never have left my fake food obsession. This guy was made with a nerikomi cane and tons of detailing I tried to show in the photos.
The pineapple has small cracks as is quite normal for nerikomi. It has been priced accordingly.
Each piece is wheel thrown by hand and can vary slightly in size and colour from one to the next. Variations are to be embraced by the uniqueness of each piece and the nature of ceramic arts.
